Home Renovation Dumpster Rental
A remodel generates more debris than most homeowners expect: cabinets, countertops, tile, drywall, flooring and the packaging from everything new. City Dumpsters delivers a roll-off sized to your renovation, keeps it on site for the rental period and swaps it if you need more room. If the container must go on the street, we handle your permit.

Kitchen and Bathroom Remodels
A kitchen tear-out usually fills most of a 20 yard dumpster once cabinets, counters, flooring and drywall are out. Bathrooms are smaller but heavier: tile, mortar beds and cast-iron tubs add weight fast, so mention them when you book.
Older Bay Area Homes Weigh More
Victorian, Edwardian and Craftsman homes in San Francisco, Oakland and Berkeley often have plaster and lath walls instead of drywall. Plaster is several times heavier, so a gut renovation in an older home can reach the weight allowance before the container is full. Choosing a size with a higher allowance usually costs less than paying overage.
