Every 40 yard rental includes 4 tons of disposal. Weight above that is billed at $175 per ton, based on the scale ticket from the disposal facility.
The 40 yard is sized for volume. Whole-home cleanouts and commercial demolition fill it with light, bulky material; it is not meant for heavy-only loads like concrete or dirt, which belong in the 10 yard.
